after years of steady drinking have eventually died either

directly or indirectly from the effects of drink.

I regret that I have found it necessary to give specific

instances of drunkenness in the Public Service I have been

compelled however to do so in order to prove that, I am being

made a scapegoat of because it is obvious that the Government

could at any time had it chosen to do so taken proceedings

against the persons named similar to those which it has taken

against me.
